Estate planning & elder law intensive (Bentonville)

Be Wise & Protect Your Nest: A Two-Part Intensive

Most people plan for what happens after they are gone, but few plan for the journey in between. Join us at the Bentonville Public Library for an intensive workshop designed to provide a 360-degree view of your legal future.

We have condensed years of legal expertise into two high-impact 45-minute sessions:

Part 1: Mastering Your Estate (45 Minutes) We begin by securing your legacy. We will move beyond simple wills to discuss:

  • The difference between Wills and Trusts (and which fits you).

  • How to bypass the time and expense of Probate.

  • Common planning mistakes that leave families in conflict.

Part 2: Navigating Elder Law (45 Minutes) The second half shifts focus to protecting your quality of life and assets as you age. We will cover:

  • Long-term care planning and asset protection.

  • Understanding Medicaid eligibility and the "look-back" period.

  • The essential roles of Healthcare Proxies and Powers of Attorney.

📅 Date & Time: Saturday, February 7th, from 9:00am-10:30am

📍 Location: Bentonville Public Library (Address: 405 S Main St, Bentonville, AR 72712)

Note: Space is limited for this intensive format to allow for a more focused Q&A session. RSVP below to secure your spot.
