ABOUT OUR NEST
Hi! We’re the Livelys. We are a young family, and just like you, we knew we needed to protect our nest by having a plan if the unthinkable were to happen.
Our initial plan was rushed and drafted 48 hours before a trip. We realized that estate planning doesn’t need to happen from a place of fear but instead it should be from a place of peace of mind.
When updated our estate plan after that initial rush, we realized that it is a true blessing to have the opportunity to plan for and protect our children in the event we are incapacitated or no longer here to provide for them.
When we are able to plan from a place of proactiveness as a gift to our children, it completely changes our outlook on estate planning.

More About The Lively Family
Jacob and Gracie Lively live in Northwest Arkansas with their three children: Max (6), Annemarie (2), and Jack (1). They are passionate about making an impact on the community around them by using their God-given strengths, talents, and resources to be a catalyst in people’s lives.
About Jacob
After graduating from Ouachita Baptist University, Jacob attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville School of Law. He was honored by his classmates to be selected as the Class Speaker at commencement and to receive the Bogle-Sharp Award, which is presented annually to the graduate voted by their peers as most likely to succeed in the practice of law.
In 2016, Jacob began practicing law at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings LLP. He joined Pediatrics Plus in 2018 when he was named the company’s General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. Jacob was honored to be recognized in 2019 in Arkansas Business’ 20 in Their 20s, an annual list of young Arkansans identified for their accomplishments and potential as future business and political leaders in the state.
In 2020, Jacob was named Chief Operating Officer of FoxDen Capital. He was recently honored by Arkansas Business in its annual 40 Under 40 list. In 2023, Jacob and Gracie moved from Central Arkansas to Northwest Arkansas to launch a number of personal business ventures, including HootOwl.
About Gracie
Grace Lively received her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University. After earning her Masters in Strategic Communications from Regent University, Gracie started her career in marketing at Little Rock's largest advertising agency, CJRW.
In 2018, Gracie then moved to be in-house Director of Marketing at FoxDen Capital. She left her role with FoxDen in 2023 to focus on her and Jacob’s personal businesses.
