Before our scheduled signing meeting, our dedicated team will send you a concise document outlining your estate plan and for final details confirmation. Upon receiving your approval, we will proceed to finalize your estate planning documents and have them printed in preparation for the signing meeting.

At the signing meeting, we will carefully go through your estate plan, ensuring a thorough understanding of how all the documents synergize to establish a comprehensive plan for both you and your family. All in preparation for the exciting last step of proceeding with the signing and notarization of your estate plan.

A commonly neglected aspect of an estate plan is ensuring that your assets are appropriately aligned with the structure of your estate plan. While many clients opt for a trust, it is essential to note that assets not correctly titled under the trust's name are excluded from the estate plan. To address this issue, we will carefully assess what is required to fund your estate plan, offering the option for our team to handle the funding process on your behalf.

The first item we will discuss at our binder delivery meeting is to confirm that your estate plan has been properly funded. If our team is funding your estate plan, we will provide you with all of the supporting documents and a comprehensive list of your assets. If you are self-funding, we will review and confirm the final funding process.

We will provide you with fully executed physical and digital copies of your estate plan and all supporting documents.
