Upon receiving your approval, we will proceed to finalize your estate planning documents and have them printed in preparation for the signing meeting.

All in preparation for the exciting last step of proceeding with the signing and notarization of your estate plan.

The first item we will discuss at our binder delivery meeting is to confirm that your estate plan has been properly funded. If our team is funding your estate plan, we will provide you with all of the supporting documents and a comprehensive list of your assets. If you are self-funding, we will review and confirm the final funding process.
